This project will stand out from all the others with its mature and balanced entrance feature. City Council past this project unanimously and said it is a refreshing design never before seen in the Okanagan. We have identified it as, Okanagan mid-century modern.

Newest Multifamily project in Kelowna. This project is a validation of an owners clear vision. 18 floors. Roof top Amenity areas that sets a precedent in the Downtown core. Contemporary Art Deco, (Okanagan Art Deco) The significant green elements as roof top amenities pay tribute to the beauty of our surrounding Landscapes. We registered the height of the podium with the surrounding 6 storey buildings (the Delano) to keep with 6 storey precedent.
