7 Unit Townhome design on Inner City Lot -Infill Housing. Most In-fills are 4 units working with the owner the team has come up with truly genuine way to place 7 units on a single family lot. We bring this same philosophy to every project whether they be S,M,L,XL.

CONSTRUCT

This doesn't take a lot of time to provide direction but the process needs to be seen as a journey we take together.

ENVELOPE

This is key to any built project. Water and buildings do not mix. But when done right it can be beautiful. Function and performance are key to a sustainable system.
